TV commercial casting in Morocco 2026: how to get into a 2M spot

Every evening, between two programmes on 2M or Al Aoula, dozens of Moroccan faces appear on screen in spots for banks, telecoms and everyday products. How are they chosen? Not by the channel. By the advertising agencies and production companies that make the spots — and that cast all year round.

Who casts a TV spot

The channel airs; it does not cast. The brand hands its campaign to an agency, which hands the shoot to a production company, which organises the casting — often within days. That is why the calls are urgent and why castings go through platforms rather than through TV.

Fee and image rights

A spot aired on national television means a shooting fee plus a rights assignment: media (TV, web), territory (Morocco, MENA), duration (six months, one year, more). On Castizen, those rights are calculated and written into the contract before the shoot — you know what you grant and what you earn. Fees observed for a speaking part range from 800 to 15,000 MAD per day, rights included depending on the scale of the broadcast.

Where to apply
