About Castizen, casting agency in Morocco
Morocco's leading casting agency, connecting talents and productions.
Our Mission
Castizen was born from a simple observation: in Morocco, the casting industry desperately lacked a modern, transparent and secure tool to connect talent with productions.
Our mission is to democratize access to casting by offering a platform where every talent — actor, extra or model — can create a verified professional profile and be discovered by casting directors, producers and agencies.
On the production side, we simplify the search, booking and payment process. Contracts compliant with Moroccan law, escrow payments, centralized invoicing: everything is designed so professionals can focus on what matters — their creation.
Our Values
Transparency
No hidden intermediaries, no surprise fees. Rates, commissions and terms are clear from day one.
Security
Escrow payments, legal contracts compliant with laws 09-08 and 53-05, verified profiles. Trust is at the heart of our platform.
Accessibility
Free registration for talent, multilingual interface (French, English, Arabic), and a platform designed to work on any device.
Excellence
Every profile is manually verified. Studio Verified photos ensure a professional-quality portfolio that makes the difference with casting directors.
Our Story
Founded in 2024, Castizen is a casting platform covering all of Morocco, with a studio in Casablanca. It was born where technology meets Morocco's entertainment industry. Faced with a fragmented casting market — WhatsApp groups, Excel lists and word of mouth — we built a platform that makes every step professional and secure.
Today, Castizen lists hundreds of verified talents in over 40 Moroccan cities. From feature film producers to advertising agencies to independent directors: our platform simplifies casting for everyone in the industry.
